Returns 

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase at Isles and Stars. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or an exchange.

Our Return Policy                                                                                                 

Returns and exchanges can be accepted, provided that the items are returned in perfect condition within: 7 days (UK) and 14 days (international).

We will not accept returns that have been merchandised, priced, soiled or worn. Please also note that items must be returned with all labels intact and in their original packaging.

Please allow up to 7 working days upon receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account within a few working days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item then state what you require exchanging on your returns form and send your item(s) and completed form to: ISLES & STARS / I 52 CO LTD, 8 Lyon Way, Office 2, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 0BN or contact to info@islesandstars.com

Please note that exchanges can only be made for the same style and not for an alternative item. Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.

Shipping
To return your product, please complete your returns form and mail your product using 2nd Class Royal Mail to: SLES & STARS / I 52 CO LTD, 8 Lyon Way, Office 2, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 0BN

You will be responsible for shipping/returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, this is subject to the postal service.

Once your return/exchange has been received the 2nd Class Royal Mail shipping cost up and will be credited to you. If you are shipping multiple items or a large quantity please contact info@islesandstars.com for more information.
