WHAT IS YOUR EXCLUSIVITY POLICY?

At ISLES & STARS, we value the importance of brand exclusivity, especially in small towns. To secure exclusivity within a 5-mile radius of your store, we require a minimum spend of £500 per season (before VAT).

For customers with multiple stores, please provide all store addresses to avoid conflicts. If we cannot supply all your locations, ISLES & STARS products must only be sold in the agreed areas.

If no orders are placed within a 6-month period, the exclusivity for your area will be released and made available to new accounts.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If any items are damaged or faulty upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days.

Returned goods will either be replaced or a credit will be issued when the first option is not applicable. replacement or credit. For faulty items returned by your customers, we accept returns up to one season, and an emailed image clearly showing the fault will suffice instead of returning the item. Postage costs for returns will not be credited unless agreed in advance.

Items showing tarnish, discoloration caused by perfumes or sprays, or any other signs of general wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or credit.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months and can only be used on future orders, as refunds are not available.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

We offer standard 1-2 day delivery on orders over £150 (before VAT) with a carriage fee of £8.50 + VAT to the UK, excluding Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands.

Free carriage is available for orders over £250 + VAT within the UK, and for orders over £1000 to Ireland.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Each product is individually packaged with a jewellery card or folder. Gift boxes and pouches are also available for purchase in our shop.

DOES ISLES & STARS RETAIL ONLINE?

As more and more businesses move onto the internet, we often get asked by customers where they can buy ISLES & STARS online. We understand the struggles that independent businesses on the high street are facing at the minute, and see the importance of supporting the high street.
We have no current plans to retail online, so we proudly say to customers that ISLES & STARS can be found exclusively in stores. We have a Find a Stockist feature on our website where we get many enquiries everyday from customers looking to buy ISLES & STARS, where we direct customers to their nearest stores.

HOW IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE?

Our jewellery is hand-crafted and design-led. Much of the jewellery is made of alloy base metal, which is all zinc, lead and cadium free. Resin pieces are made of high quality acrylic, and in each season we feature ranges made with semi-precious stones like rose quartz, howlite, agate stone, turquoise, jasper, painted glass and more.
Our wrap bracelets are a mix of metal with stones and resins, so please get in touch if you have questions about specific pieces.
